Production & timelines

Every order we produce is custom-printed to your approved design, so there is no inventory sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. Once you approve your mockup, production typically begins right away, and most orders are estimated to ship within about 2 weeks of that approval, with faster turnaround available with express shipping. That timeline is a general guide, not a guarantee — actual production time varies by order depending on quantity, paper stock, finishing options, and how busy our print queue is at the time. If your project is time-sensitive, let us know when you request your quote and we will give you a more specific estimate for your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is not a flat, one-size-fits-all rate. Because packing slip orders vary widely in quantity, weight, and destination, shipping costs are calculated and quoted per order. When you request a quote, we factor in your order size and where it needs to go so the shipping estimate reflects your actual order, not a generic average.

Delivery & tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available. We work with reliable shipping partners to get orders moving, but we do not guarantee exact transit times or specific delivery dates, since carrier performance can vary based on destination, weather, and other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery windows are just that — estimates — and should be treated as a planning guide rather than a firm commitment.

Multiple destinations

Many of our customers need packing slips split across more than one warehouse or fulfillment center. We can typically accommodate shipments to multiple destinations within a single order. If you need your order divided across locations, coordinate the details with your account contact before production begins so the split is reflected accurately in your order and shipping estimate.
