Yes. We keep your approved artwork, paper stock, and specs on file, so a reorder is a short confirmation email rather than a new design project.

No. Mockups are free, revisions are unlimited until you approve the layout, and you are not charged anything until you sign off on the final proof.

Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or a print-ready PDF. If you only have a photo or a low-resolution PNG of your logo, send it anyway. Our team can recreate it as print-ready art at no charge.

Yes. Send any reference image, brand colors, or even a rough sketch, and our designers will build print-ready artwork from it as part of your free mockup.

Yes. Send your Pantone reference or brand color codes and we will match them as closely as the chosen print method allows.

Yes. Send a spreadsheet with the data you want printed per slip, such as sequential order numbers or individual customer names, and we will lay it into the run.

Unlimited. We keep revising the mockup until you approve it, and payment is only collected after approval.

Yes, in many cases. Tell us your target ship date when you request a quote and we will confirm whether a rush timeline is possible for your order.

Yes. We regularly split orders across multiple 3PL or fulfillment center addresses. Let us know the split when you place your order.

We make it right. Contact us with photos of the issue and we will replace or correct the order under our Return Policy.

White uncoated, recycled kraft, full-color print, black ink only, two-color print, or select “not sure yet” and we will recommend an option during your quote.

Yes. Offset and digital printing both cure ink into the paper fiber rather than sitting on top, so slips hold up to normal handling, folding, and light moisture without smearing.
